7/3/10/4 Decrees of the IX Provincial Chapter of the Anglo-Libernian Province. 1st Decree. It is ordered to the Rectors to give instructions to their Vicars, whose duty it is to watch over and direct the food supply - to take care that a warm fittance be supplied for the evening collation together with soup or some equivalent, and that the Friday collation shall be such as to supply in some measure for the absence of the fittance at dinner, salve diguino which is in accordance with the Rule, Spirit and custom of our Congregation. II Decree. It is ordered that the Questuants in future use a uniform book which the Rectors shall supply, and in which the names, addresses & Sums contributed by Benefactors shall be inserted, together with the dates of visiting various localities, and that on their return to the Retreat these books shall be presented to the Rector, who should take care that they are carefully preserved for future preference. III Decree. It is ordered that the Rectors and Superiors of all Retreats and Houses where there are Parochial duties, shall keep a separate account of the Church and School income and expenditure according to the form approved by this Chapter viz- to 5151 by Rockliffe Boos, Liverpool, supplied 21st Feb 1873. IV Decree. It is ordered that besides the fulfillment of the VI Decree of the XII Session of the late General Chapter, regarding a quarterly financial report, the Rectors and Superiors shall send a particular and full account of income, expenditure, and financial state of their Retreats, every six months, viz- in January and July of each year.
