EX-PREMIER FOR TRIAL ON 'ILLEGAL GOVERNMENT' CHARGE Mossadeq Arrested Shah Flies Back As General Zahedi Tightens Grip THEREAN, Thursday—Persia's deposed Premier, Dr. Mohammed Mossadeq, was captured with three of his followers this evening. The new Premier, Major General Zahedi, leader of yesterday's nine-hour revoltion, announced that he would be tried on a charge of "plotting to form an illegal Government." S. Galway Electors Vote To-Day [THE electors of South Galway go to the polls to-day (Friday) to fill the vacant seat in the constitutionary caused by the death of Mr. Frank Jahy who was Ceann Comhairte for 19 years.
