Matron, Cook, Parlourmaid, Between-maid, two members of M.M.M. (House-maids.)3. Catering for The College, The Priory and The Staff. Division of the Domestic Duties.4. Holidays remain at Glenstal do works that cannot be done or reached during the term. - Jam making, bottling fruit mending, picking of fruit, light gardening.WORKS.MATRON. Care of the College Boys health, wardrobes, (mending and care of clothes) and Dormitory. The supervision of the maid given for the cleaning of the Dormitory, Vestry, her own room. Should Matron need extra help at times it will be given with the permission of Father Priory and if the staff allows.COOK. Cooking for the College, Priory Staff, Extern Teachers distribution of the milk, making of jam, preserving fruit, aaa. Under my direction and with the help of the Between-maid, she is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, pots scullery, pantry, potatoe-room, back passage. The aid will also help with the washing up, vegetables and dishing up.
