( 2 ) Stephen & Decess of the 10th Provincial Chapter of the Augt. - Heberman Province of the Congregation of the Third Holy Cross & Passions of our Lord Jesus Christ under the title of St Joseph; held in the Relief of St Paul of the Cross Dublin July 1884 On the 21st day of April 1884 the most Rev. St. Vincent of the Steeled Heart of Jesus - Provincial - insured to all the Superiors of the Province, the usual conversatory letter calling upon the Capitular fathers to assemble at St Paul's Relief Dublin, on the 21st July to assist at the "Lidium" in preparations for the Chapter rummored for the 21st July. All the Capitular Fathers were found assembled on the appointed day. (4) The Very Rev H. Connell was unanimously cheried Beardary of the preliminary Conferences. A rescript of our Holy Father, Rev XIII was then read Granting an active voice on the Chapter, to the Very Rev H. Pridone of At-Josephis Hospice Pais and the Very Rev H. Robert of At-Hango's Hospice Chargon. After some convertation a commission was appointed to examine with the financial Condition of each house in the Province. The subjects for future discussion in the Chapter were then proposed by the assembled Fathers & this first meeting closed at 1-45 with the usual prayer. 2nd Conference At 4 o'c p. m. the Capitular Fathers assembled in the Chapter-room. The certificates of the due celebration of Basses, the Keeping of the Archives & the inventories of the various houses were then handed in. The financial statements of the various houses were read & handed in, by the Rectors & Superiors. Various other matters to be discussed at the Chapter were proposed at this Conference, which closed at 6-45 with the usual prayer.
