The Steam Ship owners will not undertake the care or custody of property after being landed from their and expense of Senders or Consignees. The Steamer Agent will, if practical, place under cover, in the Dock Stores, or elsewhere, such as any landing or exposure to weather outside—but if the Goods so stored are not removed within 48 hours after arrival they will be subject to any one Halfpenny per cubic foot, with a minimum charge of 6d. per consignment for every week or portion of a week they remain in acting. of the Goods can be removed—No claim will be entertained for alleged overcharge or deficiency—or no objection can be received about the identity of the Goods, unless such claims or objections are made before the Goods are removed. All Goods are held as liens, not only for the freights and charges due thereon, but for all previously unsatisfied freights and charges due by the Owner or Consignee
