Irela a ranch once again! Clear the mere Irish out! Put bullocks in their place to supply beef to John Bull! That is the chief item in the Government's five year plan for economic expansion as brazenly outlined in its recent White Paper: "By far the greater proportion of our agricultural land has always been and will continue to be under grass. At present 15 and 85 per cent is under grass. Climatic and market influences combine to make grass the most important feature of Irish agriculture and further agricultural expansion will depend mainly on the dynamic policy of grassland development. Grass is the raw material of our principle export trade, beef and cattle." DEATH SENTENCE These words of the Fianna Fail Paper are tantamount to a sentence of death on the Irish people! They are a clear statement of Fianna Fail's diabolical policy to banish the Irish people from the land of Ireland and put bullocks in their place to supply beef to John Bull. With diabolical irony they have decided to use, and are using, the Irish taxpayer's money to finance their dynamic policy of grassland development! Sir Basil Goulding, Chairman of W. & H. Goulding Ltd., Manufacturers of Fertilizers, announced at the annual government meeting of his company that the Fianna Fail government is subsidising his company to supply fertilizer for grassland to farmers. He stated categorically that the Fianna Fail subsidy does not apply to fertilizers for wheat or tillage crops. He also announced that the eight months credit will only be given to 'progressive' grassland enthusiasts, and that small farmers of low valuation will not be eligible for the scheme. It is not without significance that this Goulding Manufacturing Co. is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, agency of the Bank of England operating in this country. We are also informed that Sir Basil himself and head directors of his company—J. W. Parkes, W. J. C. Milne, etc.—are all high-ranking Freemasons. The above quotation from their own White Paper tells us definitely what Fianna Fail's programme for agricultural expansion really is: more grass. If carried to its logical conclusion Fianna Fail's programme would make Ireland a cattle ranch. That is what England and her garrison here in Ireland always aimed at and strove for. As Britain's industrial population increased, her demand for beef increased accordingly. Today, with her pirate - empire crumbling, she is no longer able to bully colonial peoples and manipulate world prices to provide cheap mountain large artificial population. So she resorts to her old tactics and calls her old tune in Ireland, and the Fianna Fail what and traits are doing what England wants!
