Aug. 16 1915 Dear Mr Pearse you must pardon me for not- answering your letter before now, I will be very pleased to act as one of the judges. The Pipers will certainly be with you and I can say definitely that two Leams of the I.C.A will enter for Drill competition about the Tug of War. I will get the Secretary to write you from tomorrow to go meeting of Honey Council yours Faithfully Capt. C. O. S. L. C. N. Branch Secretary.
