OFFICES OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, 4, KILDARE-STREET, Dear Sir Dublin, Nov 4th 1884 I have been requested by the Committee to ask you if you will be good enough to give particulars on the enclosed Forms No 2(A) of any Sales of Tenantright which have come under your notice, & upon which you can give reliable information since Jan 1886 Any particulars which you may have already supplied to the Loyal and Patriotic Union on these matters are available to this Committee and need not be again gusted. also if you have any record of Sales of tenants Good-will previous to the passing of the Land Act 1801 will you be good enough to fill in on Form 2(B) stating in the observation column the custom which prevailed upon the Estate at the time? The Committee desire this information for the purpose of ascertaining the relative value of the tenantright on Estates where it was previously recognized, as compared with the depreciation of Landlord's property since the passing of the above mentioned Act.
