CA (ir) 1/3/41 26 UPPER PITZWILLIAM STREET DUBLIN. March 1917. Rw. Dear Sir, I am bringing together an Assembly to make Irelands claim for liberty before the Peace Conference. The Assembly will also deal with public questions that Ireland has the sole right to decide, such as taxation and the securing of food for our people.
