Transissan Capuchin Friaz Church St. Dublin March 8th 1912 By these present letters and in vietue of Holy Obedience we have by with the approval of our Definition appointed Father Luke of Book - visitator of our Convent-and mission at Harrisburg Fridays. Pa. We have by confide to you Dr. Luke - the same authority and faculties we ourselves process in relation to the Convention visitation of the Convents of our Province - with due conformity to our Holy Constitutions and the prescriptions of Garden Law. We commend you to transmit ours as speedily as possible a full report of the State of the Mission - having first diligently made the visitation in the same manner as is prescribed for Provincial visitations.
