PHONE OLYMPIA 1305 Oct. 23rd 1939 my dear Father Provident, I suspect that in making application for permission to tell the developed Church and the found at Star Field bregon, I said "Icho, bregon" instead. In case I did, and in case the permission is frauled with you please make the charge if necessary. I am sending this in a hurry so that it may reach you as soon as possible.
