Saint Francis of Assisti 1541 GOLDEN GATE AVENUE LOS ANGELES 26, CALIF. PHONE OLYMPIA 1305 12-18-46 My dear Sir James: Just a real to wish you happy Christmas. I am probably very looked but I have been so many that I could not write to Israel before this. Fr. Stevens celebrates the 50th American office restauration yesterday. The Archbishop was present. He has just received $250,000.00 for the restauration of the California mission. And he told me he would give it for Santa Syria. Most probably we will get only a part. But it is providential. As before I went into the house is Walts I had just received testament plans for remainding. I am very happy because we just have to walk at Santa Syria - the place is dangerous for king. Kindest for wishes for Christmas & the new year. Obesseilly & Internally Yours & Mr. Jr. Stephen - Custos Prof.
