Box # 77 Bend. on 10. 12. 18 Dear Father Report has just reached us through some secular source that good to Chaycostom has passed to his news and was benefit on the 19th nov. likewise that one of the University students has died. I trust severally that there has been some mistake for poor Chaycostom would be a great loss to the Province and his pleasant difficulty to fill. I have asked the fathers to apply the suffrage for his soul or effect that the news is likely to take two. To Brendon expects quite a few applications for messions and other work in the Drocks & Philadelphia for feet and consequently would like to know how many fathers you Reverence intend to send out. I suppose now that the leave or over on the sea at peace it will be on easy matter to send him some help night after Mas. I thought good we have all escaped the Illusions for. I advised had a touch & it about the beginning of October but fortunately we did not know it at the time. The first remained in Bed a few days and one of the Drocks fries could for him.
