Letter from Fr. Luke Sheehan
Letter from Fr. Luke Sheehan OFM Cap., Bend, Oregon, to Fr. Thomas Dowling OFM Cap., Provincial Minister, suggesting that he might ‘promise a priest’ to arrive soon, as they ‘will have need [of] him. Father Luke describes being in the middle of a ‘snow storm’. He had planned a long trip southeast of Bend through Paulina and Prineville, but notes that unless the weather changes, he will have to postpone the journey for a few weeks.
