My dear Father Provincial: In reply to your letter of Nov. 24th. of last year, re Fathers returning to Ireland this year, I have received notification from the following, stating when they were home last, and their desire to return this year: Fr. Sebastian, who was'nt home for 20 years. Fr. Reginald, who came out in 1925. Fr. Leo, who was home last in 1925. Fr. Ambrose, who was home last in 1925. Fr. Pacificus, who came out in 1923. Fr. Enda, who came out in 1926. Fr. Sylvan, who came out in 1925. Bro. Didacus, who will be out six years this Summer, since last home. Bro. Conrad, " " " " " " " " " " " " " " Bro. Brendan, who came out in 1926. We have arranged to carry on, during the absence of these Religious, if it is pleasing to you to have them re- turn this year. Three months are usually granted to each, subject of course to your dictum. Re the Mass Stipends for the S. African Mission, I am making an intensive Drive, to secure same for you, and will have some forwarded quam primum. I have notified the Houses re the number of Masses for the M. R. F.
