Catholic Bertory FORT BRAGG CALIFORNIA February 27th - 28. My dear F. Angelus, I have "got a hunch," as we say in America, that "you are the Editor of the "F. Mathew Record", & write to thank You for your very flattering report of a manuscript, I sent you some time ago, in the chance that things Bapushin in America might interest the Bapushins in Ireland. However, if I have made a mistake, I know that in Your charity you will thank the Editor for me & & plain to him that here away in America we are ignorant of the Secret Society of the "Record" in Ireland. I have heard from friends of mine in look that You are keeping well & being the usual good work. I have "no kick coming," as we say, & thank God feel good. I enclose a circular for sent & hope to soften You to ask someone to send me one copy of "the Life of St. Francis" - Cherence - as I had to give the one here to the Young Ladies Society. I would like a copy of the Life of St. Anthony & St. Clizzabeth (Muntalambert) - but must have patience until later. You know that America is the nichest country in the world - but not Your Dagg.
