Curia Generalis FF. Minorum Capuccinorum VIA BONCOMPAGNI, 71 ROMA (25) August 22, 1925 Very Rev. dear Fr. Provincial :- 1. the document confirming the elections of your last Provincial Chapter,2. the commendatory letter of M. R. Fr. General,3. the "Obedience" for Fr. Matthew.I presume the Provincial of the New York province has been notified that your Fathers will preach there. I mention this confidentially, because the Fathers of the English Fathers created some ill feeling among the Fathers in New York, when they gave Missions in New York without paying a visiting any of our monasteries. I am sure your Fathers will be hospitably received. When you send me the names of the Fathers who are to come to Rome I shall procure the Obediences. Fr. General is more liberal in granting them during the Holy Year than at other times. With best wishes for a happy and peaceful triennium of success fraternally yours fr. Antonine O. M. Cay
