Father Clement, O.S.F.C., and Rev. Father Stanislaus, O.S.F.C., who have returned after conducting several Missions in New York and California. They were accompanied on the best known men in New York, ro even in the States, Mr. J. J. Hanley, popularly known as the Baron of Broadway. Mr. Hanley, a young Co. Limerick man, is a remarkable example of what an Irishman, given the opportunity, might attain to. Going to the States over twenty years ago as an ordinary emigrant, he has by sheer grit, a keen intellect and close attention to business in the short period since become one of America's wealthiest and best known men. To young Irishmen going to New York to seek a living he has proved himself a sincere friend, and many who now occupy good positions in various cities in America owe it to his great influence. Mr. Hanley intends to make a prolonged stay visiting every part of Ireland and touring the Continent. Included in the group is Rev. Fr. Floyd, a Co. Clare man, and brother of Mr. P.
