BETWEEN Sir CHARLES BURTON BARRINGTON of Glenstal Murroe in the County of Limerick Baronet of the first part AND THE VERY CHARLES BACON BARRINGTON of Glenstal aforesaid Esquire of the second part and the Very Rev. Monsignor JAMES J. RYAN of the Hermitage Cabgagh Thurles in the County of Tipperary Clerk in Holy Orders (hereinafter called "the Purchaser") of the third part WHEREAS the hereditaments hereby assured stand limited to the use of the said Charles Barrington during his life and after his death to the said Charles Bacon Barrington in fee simple AND whereas the said Sir Charles Burton Barrington and Charles Bacon Barrington (hereinafter together referred to as "the Vendors") have agreed with the Purchaser to sell to him the hereditaments hereby assured for the sum of Two thousand five hundred pounds NOW this Indenture WITNESSER that in pursuance of the said Agreement and in consideration of the sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS paid by the Purchaser to the Vendors (the receipt whereof the Vendors hereby respectively acknowledge) the Vendors according to their respective interests AS BENEFICIAL OWNERS DO hereby grant unto the Purchaser his heirs and assigns ALL that and those the Mansion House known as Glenstal Castle with the offices Gardens and Gardeners house the Murroe Gate Lodge and Belgians House together with portions of the Glenstal Demesne being part of the Lands of Cappercullen containing Onehundred fortyfour acres two roods and twentyfive perches, Garranbane containing Onehundred and eightyfour acres one rood and twentytwo perches, and Boarmanshill containing Sixtythree acres and twentyseven perches situate in the Barony of OWNEYBEG in the County of Limerick more particularly delineated on the map hereon endorsed and thereon edged red Together with full right and liberty for the Purchaser his heirs and assigns the Owners or Occupiers for the time being of the hereditaments hereby assured and all pers
