" " The Committee might consist of all the Justices of the Peace and other magnates in the country magistrates and magnates of the County ; and , if the plague is to be stopped , no have once allowed themselves to be enslaved , and obeyed the orders of secret tribunals , will ndemnify from loss anyone who , whether as master or man , has suffered from resisting the Land Committees , the Property Defence and Emergency Committees , which have done so much for the country , might my appeal .
