That Mr. Viola be commissioned to draw plans to be submitted to Archbiscop Mitty for the erection of a Friary at Burlingame, and that the Archbishop be petitioned for permission to erect the Friary at parish expense.2. That Father Berchmans examine into the financial status of the Parish at Roseburg, where it is planned to build a school, and that he report his findings to the Custos Provincial.3.
