ONE PENNY. KEVIN O'HIGGINS: 500,000 MOURNERS ON THE FUNERAL WAY The funeral procession of Mr. Kevin O'Higgins passing along O'Connell-street on its way to Glasnevin Cemetery. The coffin was borne on a gun carriage, with officers of the Civic Guard as pall-bearers. All the business-houses along the four miles march to the cemetery were closed, and about half a million people lined the route. The procession took an hour to pass.
