St. Bonaventure's. Cork, Ireland. May 26th 1928. My dear Fathers and Brothers. Since Very Rev. Father Joseph of Ballinakill, the Superior of our American Houses, is leaving New York on June 9th, to come to our Provincial Chapter, we hereby appoint Very Rev. Father Luke of Cork to act as Superior of our American Houses until further notice, and we hereby command all the Religious in our American Houses to obey him in all things as they would ourselves. This letter together with the Letter convoking the Provincial Chapter is to be read in the public Refectory. Wishing you every blessing, Fraternally yours in Christ and St. Francis, H. Edwin of Castlenarty Vicar Provincial.
