Thompson, B.E., B. Arch., Architect 65, O'Connell Street, Limerick, I enclose herewith copy of Schedule of Quantities and Form of Tender for construction of substructures for proposed new Church at Glenstal Priory, Limerick. This Schedule, fully priced and extended and accompanied by completed Form of Tender, in separate sealed and endorsed envelopes, should be lodged at the Architect's office not later than 12 noon, Monday, 21st May, 1951. A descision in regard to acceptance of a tender will be made immediately subsequent to opening of tenders and the nominated Contractor will be required to enter on the site in sufficient time to allow for cutting of the first sod on Saturday, 26th instant.
