As you will note, I have provided for the completing of the structure up to damp proof course level which includes stepped section and boilerhouse. I have suggested to Mr. O'Reilly-Hyland that he should travel to Limerick with Mr. Garland, Consulting Engineer, and Mr. Mulcahy, Consulting Heating Engineer. It would be well to have "top level" discussions on the site before inviting tenders. You can realize how vitally necessary it is to do everything right at this stage especially so as the working drawings of the completed building have not been prepared. encl 1 Yours sincerely,
