C O P Y/: 2023-11-15/1006 From:- Thomas Garland Esq., Civil Engineer, 31, South Frederick Street, DUBLIN. 13th February, 1952. For the attention of Mr. T. Moloney. John C. Thompson Esq., Architect & Civil Engineer, 65, O'Connell Street, LIMERICK. Dear Sir, Re: Glenstal Church. We have been considering the matter of the scabs appearing on the pavement slabs for the above and it is our opinion that these are not structurally serious. We would advise that before any finish is used on the floor that all the slabs should be thoroughly scoured and the concrete thus removed should be replaced. If the indentation should in any case exceed 1", we should be obliged if you would let us know. Yours faithfully, Thomas Garland. ..... for T. A. Garland.
