But I forget to thank you - and this was the reason of this letter - for the two books, arrived here exactly in time. The life of St Benedict will be an interesting reading in refectory - did I tell you that we started with Mrs Green's Irish Nationality ? - and I shall be so pleased to read Bernanos' new study on the clergy - his first I always thought to be a master piece. May 1938 bring you many graces - & to us both the joy of many friendly talks. Sir
